We have die manufacturing capabilities up to 300mm dia and moulding capabilities up to 400mm dia., for Larger sizes we outsource either locally or from our Indian operations.
We undertake on site technical evaluation and recommendations and also undertake services for refurbishing valve seals 24x7. Our technicians are well trained and qualified to take jobs in critical locations and climatic conditions.

The variable densities of selected packing rings adjust to wide range of chemicals including fluids, gases, VOCs or solids at variable temperature and pressure. The excellent sealability of valve cart seal enables total leak free performance over long runs. The costly on-line leak sealing is totally eliminated.
Typical applications: Friction reduces by 15%-25% than flat rings. Self adjustments to thermal & pressure cycling.
PTFE gaskets are one of the most suitable types of gaskets for a variety of sealing applications and are mostly based on virgin PTFE, PTFE compounds, filled PTFE. It is a fluoropolymere, which features an outstanding chemical resistivity to almost all chemicals, good thermal insulation properties, and useful mechanical and processing characteristics. Easy to machine cut or mould .Good electrical insulation properties. The mechanical properties of PTFE can be improved by adding certain fillers like Glass, Graphite, Carbon, MOS2 and Bronze.
